House Rules

During the summer there is a large risk for forest fires. If you smoke, please be vigilant and careful.

• It is prohibited to make fires outside of the house.

- The music and the sound level of the house must not exceed a maximum level that disturbs the neighbours.

- Parties and music on the terrace and in the garden is prohibited after 2300 hours.

- Use designated parking. Access is forbidden to any vehicle outside the designated areas.

- Do not use any vehicles at high speeds at the Villa or on neighbouring roads/caminos.

- Respect the installations and be civilized. Remember that you are responsible as set out in the place and date specified in the short term rental contract.

- In this villa we have tried to avoid the possible dangers for our tenants, but it is impossible to anticipate all possibilities, so please take special care to avoid potential harm.

- If you come with children, please watch them. In the kitchen and bathroom, there may products that can be dangerous. Do not leave within reach of children.

-Access to the roof is strictly forbidden. 

-The use of any explosives, rockets, firecrackers, flares ... anywhere in this villa is strictly forbidden.

Failure to follow any of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from Villa Es Serral
